Pip renewal form was created by J64
Hi
Received renewal form 16th March to be returned 10 April going to ask for extension iif possible I got pip extension to February 23 so was surprised when I received letter.
With Covid and inability to see doctors I haven’t much contact since awarded pip in July 2019 I was previously getting DLA what happens if you have little information to send with renewal
Thanks

Hi J64
PIP review forms can be sent out up to a year before the end date of a reward. So in your case, you have an extension until Feb 23 and so they have sent out the form a year 11 months before the end date.
A lot of people are in the same position that you are. Just be clear on the form about any contact you have had with services or state why you haven't had contact or if you have asked for help and it hasn't been given. Be clear about whether your condition/s has stayed the same or got worse. Have a look at our guide for PIP claims and Reviews. benefitsandwork.co.uk/guides-for-claimants/pip

Hi J64, I do recommend using the templates on here to compile a diary of how your disabilities affect you, this makes strong evidence.
