hi there last year my husband received a letter stating he would not have a pip review till February 2023, however, he has now received a letter today informing him it's time to review his award, my neighbour is very malicious, and reports everyone for no reason. could this be the reason? I can't say for certain, but a lot of people have received letters similar to yours. Review forms are sent out anything up to 12months before the review takes place. So your husband's is due in Feb 2023 - so the form can be sent out any time after Feb 2022 - which is what appears to have happened in this place.
It is possible that your neighbour has reported something, but I think it is unlikely.
