Dear PinkKate, so sorry to hear they are so evilly adding to your stress. The assessors are supposed to file the report in 48 hours. If they go much over this, and you find errors when you DO get it, you can put in your letter to "The Decision Maker" that the report was not compiled in a timely manner which you believe has led to x-y-z inaccuracies. I would sit down with a nice cuppa and a word-search or the like to pass the time, and get back on the phone to hassle them, if you possibly can. They are giving you the runaround and they shouldn't. best, Denby
