What to expect on the video call and will they ask to see around my house via the video call ..
Have you questioned why you are having the video call? This is most unusual to have a second one and you should certainly understand why. They have no right to have a look around your home. I can't tell you what they want to know which they haven't already asked - which is why I think you should query why you are having this and check it is not a mistake.
