Hello, Please can you tell me what I can expect from a video call from pip I have had a telephone call assesment and now they have requested a video call. Will they want to look around my house, any feed back is appreciated. Thanks
They won't want to look around your house - they don't have the right to. I can't tell you what they are going to ask - as you have already had an assessment. You should ask them what they didn't find out the first time.
