Update on my review renewal back in May 21 returned how my disabilities affected me .. Srill waiting to go to Assessors. I was extended 3 months, but last few months my needs have changed. I am now Certified Severely sight impaired and Hearing Impaired. Rang several times including yesterday much conflicting advise etc:to be told my extension ends June 22, why when you have all documents & Im now sending recorded delivery a copy of my CVI and letter, as Im housebound cannot go out on my own for fear of falling which I have not seeing the kerbs etc. I cannot hear my glucose meter& when having a hypo diabetic type 1 34 years, with many other conditions. She told me NO your payments will stop in June.
Im trying to get mobility & higher care, but seems now Im getting nothing.
I just dont know what to do, many thanks

This is obviously frustrating and frightening. I'm sorry to suggest it, but I think you should phone again if you can manage it. Ask if you can have a call-back from a case manager to explain what is happening. Emphasise that you are severely sight impaired and hearing impaired which makes you very vulnerable. You should be classed as that and be allocated a specialist team to deal with your case. You want to know why your payments would just be stopped as other claimants cases are continuing until assessments have taken place. If you don't get a satisfactory answer, then you should immediately get onto your MP and get them to take up your case as a matter of urgency.
