Hi karlgixer

We don't advise that you leave the form blank even if nothing has changed. You would be advised to look at our latest guide and follow the advice there to fill out your form. Information is on page 126 onwards. www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/help-for-claimants/pip

Ok.
I am starting to panic a bit now.
I filled and returned my PIP review form.

I posted it 1st class recorded delivery on the 25th April.

But according to Royal mail tracking it has still not been signed for which to me means it has not been delivered to the DWP office where i sent it.

Any advice please?

Thanks.
Karl.

Hi karlgixer

I would ring the DWP and ask if the form has been received. It is possible that it has - or it may have been lost. If they don't have a record of it - you may need to send again (hope you kept a copy).

If you contact Royal Mail you may find that you can claim the cost of the postage back even if the DWP has received it. My postman told me about this, and I got my money back and the DWP had received the forms.
