Hi Can anyone help after waiting 15 months for a reply regarding my request to relook at my case due to the MM judgement I received a letter today saying they will not relook at my case as at my assessment I was only awarded 9a for mixing with other people face to face and they are only looking at people who scored 9B mixing with other people . I scored 6 points for daily living and was under the impression that anyone who missed out and the points would make a difference was going to be looked at . They have advised to put in a change of circumstances form and submit a new claim . Also the case manager advised here is no appeal for their decision? is this correct any advice would be welcome
You can appeal a DWP decision providing it is within the time limits.
I would advise you to seek help from your local Welfare Rights Organisation or even a Law Centre who will be able to take all your information into consideration; advicelocal.uk lawcentres.org
