Hi
Sorry for seeming stupid - at the top of the page there is a box with headers ie Index, Recent Topics, Unread, My Topics, etc etc - my question - is there a guide on what these are for? and how to use... I have found some interesting info on some of the questions and replies is there any way I can save them somewhere - my brain fog due to fibromyalgia is pretty bad and I read something and soon forget so would like to keep somewhere for reference? I am sorry for wasting your valuable time asking this when you have so many "real" questions to answer....thanks

A question is never a waste of time, I bet many members are asking the same question.
You need to have a play on the new site to get used to it, I believe what you are talking about are short cuts.
If you like someone's post, at the bottom of the post you will see an 'Action' box, click on the arrow and you will see 'Reply Topic' and 'Favorite' (American spelling) if you click on Favorite
it will save you the link to the post to enable you to find it later.

Umm, Gary, when I click the action box I get a choice of ''reply' or 'quote' But no favourites.
I have resorted to copying useful passages, pasting and sending from my OH's email to mine. So I can find them by searching for his email in my inbox, as he doesn't email me himself this makes it easy to find. I give them a subject line to say the topic.

There are two Action boxes that I can see, you need to click on the second Action box, unless as moderators we can see additional boxes.

Thanks Gary, I see now it's not the 'Action' button below the message but the one lower at the left hand edge of the page that has the favorites [sic] option.
However, excuse my slowness, I don't know where to then find anything "favorited"! Guidance please.

Thank you so much, I have found the action box, sometimes I worry about hitting buttons in case I end up doing something I shouldn't !! much appreciated
