Good Morning if you are on contribution based ESA only and get no premiums or tax credits or housing benefit etc. Will you have to move onto get Universal Credit?

Not at this moment in time, but eventually all legacy benefit claimants will be migrated over to UC.
CB ESA claimants would go over to NS ESA as they are both contribution based.

I am on CB ESA with a IR top-up, are these groups of claimants being moved over to UC?

Short answer is yes.
All legacy benefit claimants will move over to UC at sometime in the future.
We know that claimants will start to be moved over from the 9th May 2022. The Government is looking at moving everyone by 2024.

So I will eventually be moved to New Style ESA? if you are on contribution based ESA only and get no premiums or tax credits or housing benefit etc. Will That require a new form to fill in when this happens?

You say 2024, is this a realistic date that they will get it completed by then?
My train of thought would be a date beyond 2024, would you agree?
