My letter from Jobcentre+ following an IB medical states that having met the threshold of incapacity my case is due to come up for normal review on 15/03/2011. Since migration proper is due to start in Feb 2011 my understanding is that I should expect to receive an ESA50 sometime after that date. However the letter also states "A further incapacity assessment will be made at a future date to ensure that you continue to meet the threshold of incapacity under the PCA" It also says that I maybe contacted after 15/03/2011 and I may be asked to fill in another Q/aire or may be called forr a medical exam.Does this mean that I WILL receive an IB50 and I MAY receive an ESA50/medical exam. I hope this post is not as confused as I am
