Hi wonder iff anybody can help I am on ESA support group when the migration transfering to universal credit what form do I need to fill in and do I have to go though the same thing how my condition affects me Is there a form I can download and advice how to fill for in do I need supporting evidence again I am worried as I get alot off anxity
