Hi Just got pip form through and in some ways it's different from the guide. For example in section 2 there is no "about your health professionals". Now it's "Tell us about any treatments, therapies or surgery since we last looked at your award on 8 August"
Section 3 guide asks 3a "Does your condition affect you preparing food...". Now it says "tell us if something has changed and approx when."
I agree Robert, the PIP form changes quite frequently, from single words to whole sections, it is really to make things watertight on their end and harder and harder for us. Just so frustrating!
