For my old review I explained how I needed my partner to look after my medication, finances, rehab etc.
I'm now on my own, and still have all the same needs.
Can I still explain what I need, but don't get?

In your post you state you still have the same needs, so the question is how do you cope now, if your partner is no longer there to look after your medication, finances, rehab etc.
Do you receive daily phone calls to help you cope from family and friends?
Yes, you can explain what you need but don't get, you will need to explain what effects it has on you.

Now that help has gone, I'm in more pain, been suicidal, huge debt etc
Type 1 diabetic and my control has gone. Fibromyalgia which is lots of pain. Agoraphobia, bipolar so all aspects of my life have worsened as I'm on my own now.

Dear Kendod666, please either call to say you firmly request they record the assessment [which might mean it is postponed] or record it yourself without mentioning this to them, [quite legit] or preferably both.
Do you want an assessment from someone too ashamed of how they treat claimants to be recorded? I wouldn't.
If you have a recording and it doesn't go well you have the evidence to prove your case afterwards.

Well that was a long call! 2 hours as the system wasn't working so she had to go through absolutely everything.
She was totally fine being recorded.
She said around 6-8 weeks for the outcome letter.
Not looking forward to the MR and appeal rigmarole again so I'll just hope I managed to convey how everything impacts me.
