Well done, I had the same from 2019 claim to tribunal Dec2021 which I won and am now going through my review and worried may have to repeat the same process. I'd be interested to know others who have gone through a review following being awarded from a Tribunal.

Not only do I agree with everything you say Steve. I would also highlight the honest comment [!] that you got from the DWP member of staff. This shows just how important it is when completing the claim/renewal form to 'fit yourself' 'into the boxes' as taught by B&W Guides.
Sadly on what DWP/Capita/IAS pay and the stresses involved, many assessors do not seem to be the sharpest. So we cannot expect them to read between the lines, and DWP don't expect them to either.
Now all I need to do is psych myself up enough to start my own claim. God alone knows when they will get round to processing daughter's renewal which we did months ago. Not going to poke the dragon on that, in case it breathes sudden fire....
Good form filling to all,
Denby

Hi Steve,
Firstly, well done on your success.
Secondly, thank you for sharing your story. You detail delay, frustration, poor decision making and the effect on health; all these factors appear too regularly for claimants. However, whilst there shouldn't be the need for so many cases to have to get to tribunal, despite all the hassle to get to a hearing, there is a very high chance if success if you stick at it.
Keep going, don't give up, and share your rants and disappointment in this forum so we can all be rooting for you and support you.
