Social prescribers - has yours helped you with UC application / assessment?

Good afternoon.

UC telephone assessment tomorrow.

Unexpectedly (referral was made sometime ago), my social prescriber rang me just now for the first time.

When I said I couldn’t chat with her tomorrow because of booked UC telephone assessment, my social prescriber said she’ll try to ring me late today.

Wondering what experience you’ve had, if any, with your social prescriber in relation to claiming UC?
