Waiting to be sent to assessors. PIP review was created by Maria Hagen
Hi,
Last year I was sent a pip review form. This was after it being delayed a couple of years because of Covid.
Pip received it back on 20th July 2021, and since then nothing. I keep ringing and sometimes they
say it has been sent to the assessors. Sometimes it is waiting to go to the assessors. Unfortunately my condition
is made worse by stress. How long is it taking for people to get over to IAS from form submission? I am beginning
to think this is going to tick on forever!

Hi Maria
I'm sorry that you are experiencing such stress - hardly surprising when you have been waiting for such a long time. This is very long indeed and especially worrying because you keep being told a different story. I'm afraid I can't offer you any kind of suggestion other than involving your MP. Some have been very good at moving cases on. I think any MP would be sympathetic to the time you have been waiting. We know that they have a backlog, but this is very long indeed.

Thanks for that. I hadn't considered involving him. I will get that email written ASAP. Maria
