Hi sorry if I'm not posting my question in the correct place, I'm having trouble with Internet use. I think the post from BIS about the PIP review form would've helped me. We didn't realise the forms purpose when mine came as we were waiting for my appeal still, almost 2 years after the original PIP decision. I'm still trying to sort out the loss of 2 years of the 4 years it took to be awarded PIP reflecting my needs, and similar to my indefinite DLA. Please could you advise me if possible as I have to submit evidence by 9 June?

It's difficult to answer your question because I'm not sure what you're trying to do. Are you trying to complain or are you putting in for a Mandatory Reconsideration? Let us know and we will try and give you a clearer answer.
