Have to take first available appt if it is a ESA 50 Questionnaire assessment was created by CHUNKY

I spoke to ATOS/Maximus who informed me you have to take the first available telephone interview

or the claim will be closed down but rather if it is a face-to-face interview you have one chance to rearrange it..

Is this correct and in particular are you only given 1 chance to rearrange it face to face?

Hi synapse321

I am not 100% sure, I know with face to face if you cancel the first assessment then you usually have to accept the second, but I am not sure if this applies to a telephone assessment.

We may have members from the forum who can give us the answer.
