PIP Review Form was created by Elaine17
Hello,
I have just received my PIP review form, I had to go to a tribunal in August 2019 where I was awarded both care and mobility. I am worried as my award was for five years which should take it up to August 2024 surely, but the review form has arrived already.
Can I please ask if this is normal and also should I enclose a copy of my tribunal award from 2019. I am also in the support group for my ESA.
There are no changes for me to report so what should I state on the form.
Thank you for any advice you can give me.

Hi Elaine17
The DWP has the right to review at any time. Two years before the end date is unusual. You could ring the DWP and ask them why, if you wanted to. However, unless it is an administrative error, you will still have to return the form.
I would advise you to have a look at the guide on how to complete the review form. You can find the information starting on page 129.

If you have any further questions do come back and ask

Thank you for your reply. I checked my tribunal papers again and it does say that it is until 2023, I thought it was 2024 as that would make it for five years as my award through appeal was for that length of time, but it could be they have taking it from the date my original claim was which is 2018, a year before I had my tribunal.
I’m not completely sure though but this is the only thing I can think it may be.
Do you also think I should send a photocopy of my tribunal award letter as well as other evidence.
Thank you.

Hi Elaine17
It would be from thew date of your original claim as you should have received a backdated award when you won your appeal.
Yes, I would send in a copy of your Appeal Decision letter, especially if your condition has stayed the same or got worse.
