ESA and Permitted Work was created by because1can
Hi, I understand that ESA is not lost if you work less than 16 hours and earn under £152 pw.
Can anyone advise if you can still get an Access to Work Grant ( to employ a work assistant) whilst working 15 hours under Permitted Work or do you have to lose the ESA and then apply for the Access to Work.
Thank You

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Hi jill
Welcome to the forum.
You might want to have a look at the following FAQ which explains where everything is; www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/guides-for-claimants/faq/forum
Your question is outside the remit of the forum, ...... but I did read an earlier post on the forum today about Access to Work and noted the web address; www.gov.uk/government/publications/acces...tsheet-for-customers.
You can also apply by calling the Access to Work helpline and speak to someone:
Telephone: 0800 121 7479

The link in Gary's post does not work. I did a quick google and I think it was supposed to be this link www.gov.uk/government/publications/acces...tsheet-for-customers
I will allow Gary to confirm if this is correct
Thanks

Not sure why the original link did not work, your link is correct.
