Pip “ time to renew your pip award “ Form pip 1043 * 24 pages was created by weymouth321
Hello
Preparing food and Cooking
*
* Tell us if something has changed and approx when
* Tell us how you manage this activity
* Tell us about any changes to the help you need or the help from another person
Please tell me exactly what they’re asking for , as none of the above has much changed , despite my rheumatoid consultant switching me from tablets to hospital 4 weekly infusions
Can I copy in my answers from my prior pip 2 form 2019 ?
* Does the decision maker cross reference this / my previous pip renewal form = the 2019 one ?
With Many Thanks ,
Josie

Hi weymouth321
They are asking if there has been any change since last time, if there has been a change they want to know what has changed.
If your condition is the same as last time then I would copy and paste the same answer.
I would doubt that the assessor would cross reference from your previous claim.

Thank you Gary ,
So just leave the first box ‘ Tell us if something has changed and approx when ‘ blank / empty ? - in this space - writing in to DWP to refer to the enclosed pages , which shall be the given answers on the 2019 pip renewal form ?
The only change ( from tablets ) was made by my rheumatoid consultant , 18 months ago - with having monthly hospital Tocilizumab infusions , due to the progression of the condition , he said “ you’re well past tablets ; they’ve run their course “
Should I write this in ?
Many Thanks Again

Hi weymouth321
If you can fit what you want to say then write it in the first box, what you do not want to do is split paragraphs.
If you do need to add extra pages then write in big clear letters Continued see page xy .. then on page xy write Continued from page ab also include you name and NI number.
