Payment after tribunal overturns decision was created by Mia
Hi all,
I recently had a decision overturned by the tribunal and hence, my PIP payment is supposed to go up. How long is this supposed to take from the point the tribunal has given its decision? Should I inform the DWP?
If I understand correctly, I should also be entitled to back payment for this over the months I did not receive it, is this correct?
I would be grateful if anyone had any info regarding this

Thank you for your reply, that’s very helpful. Yes, I think I will do that, give it a bit of a wait and then contact them to make sure all is on track!
