hi can anyone help my wife has filled my review award form in 24 pages and forgot to photo copy it can/ will the DWP send us a copy if we request it feeling stupid for not doing it kind regards Gankey

It’s so easily done with the anxiety of getting the form off and everything.

Yes the DWP will provide you with a copy. Just call them up and request it.
