Bullet Points

I remember reading that there was a bullet point list on here to make sure when you have your telephone assessment all things are covered any idea where it was as I have my telephone assessment tomorrow due to chan get in my mental health .

Thanks have had it and don't to thin k it went well , the first assessment I had last November the person I spoke with was really friendly and agreed with what I said and was given the standard on both, but this time the person who called was jumping all over the place with questions and was obvious was trying to confuse quite a few times was saying the opposite of what I said luckily I have recorded the conversation so will call next week and ask for a copy of her report and see where it goes .
