What to do after phone assessment UC? was created by Anxious
Hi,
I had my phone assessment today, which went well( thanks to the help of everyone here and the great guides). I saw some posts for PIP assessments mentioning to follow up within 48hrs and request some kind of form that tells you your assessment score.
My assessment was for Universal Credit limited Work Capability not PIP, so I'm confused as to if I need to request a form also or take any further steps at this point. Do I just wait for results of my assessment or should I be doing something else at this point?

Hi Anxious
UC assessment is different from PIP, you usually have to wait until you get a decision letter before you can get a copy of the assessors report called a UC85.
With PIP you can get a copy after 48 hrs or if you receive a text message informing you a copy of the report has been sent to the DWP.
