Hi Julia
Your last post was 2 months 4 weeks ago; www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/forum/10-dla-e...-leap?start=6#268765
I cannot see anything which states 'Tribunal Success' which has been posted or in the holding pen which was cleared Friday evening.

Hi Gary,
I found it in the forum this week.Tribunal success was under Leap Review MM v Dwp. A patient and understanding lady Judge helped, (she actually commended me on my paperwork and the content therein) with decision arriving next day. Almost 200 weeks back pay at Enhanced rate of Daily Living from Standard rate under descriptor 9(c). This is a victory for all of us and shows what can be achieved.
Huge and heartfelt thanks to B&W as always for your excellent guides. I have just renewed my subscription for another year though I'll be an official OAP by then.
