Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Hi Stephen
Can you please not write in all capitals as it appears you are shouting at us.
In the past, the DWP always used to inform that someone's form had been received if they had access to a claimant's mobile, but that is no longer common practice across the board. The only way you will know for certain is to ring and ask. The DWP are dealing with a large backlog of claims, so it is taking time for them to process. If you have continued to receive money, then you can probably assume they have your form because they probably would have told you that they were going to close your claim if they hadn't. However, it's always best to confirm with the DWP if you're worried.

Hi Stephen
No apologies needed - and no offence taken - just wanted to point it out.
