Had my telephone assessment yesterday which took two and a half hours.
Just a couple of questions why was I asked do I snack.
When the assessment was finished about ten minutes later a got a further call asking was I suicidal and whether I had self harmed any idea why please.

Hi Sabo64 The assessors nearly always ask some unexpected questions. I assume they asked about whether you snacked in response to something on your form about eating and drinking.
When they call back it is usually because they wanted to clarify something or the assessor had a more immediate concern about your mental health. I have known assessors to ring other claimants back.

Hi Sabo64
That would depend on the type of assessment.
If you had a PIP assessment then you can contact DWP and ask for a copy of the assessors report called a PA4 48 hrs after the assessment.
If you had a Work Capability Assessment then you have to wait until a decision has been made, the assessors report is called a UC85.

I rang the dep today who told me they had not received my report. Rang the people who did the report who told me it was going through an internal review and they could not give me any timescales

Yes, it is common for some assessments to be picked randomly and put through an internal review. I'm afraid you are one of the unlucky ones.
