I have answered your other post. Thanks for the updated information. If you have 7 points you need 1 more. If you have always had the extra 3x 2points this would be sufficient for enhanced!
As you have previously had benefit this is a Supersession (legal term for changing benefit award.) However for Supersession DWP must prove an actual change of circumstances not just new assessment report saying no difficulties! This is something you should make very clear in your appeal say if you have become worse.
Pain is indicative that you can not reform to an acceptable standard. Remember time, repetition and safety for the majority of days.

Thanks again LL26, I didn't' know about the supersession, there was certainly no reason why they should take my points away
Actually I have just read the first page and it says
"the decision maker superseded the previous decision on the grounds of receipt of medical evidence from a healthcare professional" it gets more intricate the more I read it.
I think I need to crack on with my response, its been going on a year now, and this all because I made 1 phone call to tell them my mobility has got worse, and it has otherwise I would not of told them, thanks again LL26, much appreciated
