Appeal on line was created by Caz1
Hi,

I just wondered if someone could clarify filling in a SSC1 form online, does it mean when you are on the you gov website you send it via them

What if I wanted to save it and go back to it

Another question is, can you ask the tribunal to look at it sooner rather than later, it has really impacted my daily living since they took it from me without me even asking them to look at it

Thanks

Hi Caz1,
Here is the link in case you need thi.
www.gov.uk/appeal-benefit-decision/submit-appeal
You get various boxes you can type in. If you set up an account, you can save and then return later. Once you have completed everything press submit, and you have started your appeal!
It is worthwhile leaving an email address, as this means you will get an acknowledgement, this usually comes through very quickly. So its all automatic, and you don't need to worry whether the post has arrived. You can upload documents, if you have too much you can send more in later, by out or using the link. Make sure you use the reference number and your name.
The appeal goes straight to the tribunal office. The tribunal send a notice to DWP to prepare the appeal papers.
You can ask the tribunal for an expedited hearing. However you will have to have a very good reason. You may be lucky, but I suspect that you will not succeed simply due to the huge backlog. However, the delays vary across the country.

Good luck with the appeal.
