ESA to UC migration what evidence required was created by BlueCats
sorry if a repeat, I cant see my earlier post.

Im on the managed migration from ESA and have to apply for universal credit. What evidence do they want regarding medical bank statements etc please.

I would not expect you to need to provide any medical evidence for the transfer to UC, the DWP have occasionally asked for a Fit Note even though there is no legal requirement for this, you will need to make your own decision about providing one but it can grease the wheels if you do.
