My daughter is on ir esa High rate pip mobility and care. Has learning disability. When she gets migrated over to uc would it affect my carers payment r her amount of money she would get
The only benefits to be affected when a claimant migrates over to UC are means tested benefits apart from council tax reduction scheme which is outside UC.
As Carers Allowance is not means tested then you will not be affected.
