Using older medical evidence was created by Perdita
I think I remember something about there being an element of assumption for longevity of a condition meaning older evidence might be accepted. If so, is this more likely with ESA or PIP please?

Hi Perdita

If the medical evidence is relevant to your condition then I would use it on either PIP or WCA

It is always advisable to send in the most recent supporting document but if your condition is ongoing and no further input since last claim then I would use what you have and just explain why.
