E-mails from UC was created by welshval
At 4.00am this morning received 2 e-mails telling me to update my UC account regarding any payments I might have received from any employers I might have they already know I am unemployed and was assessed in May of this year and found to have LCWRA I am 63 with lots of health conditions and I am assuming this means I am to be included in the purge announced yesterday by the government and can now expect to become one of those " unproductive" people who are now to be targeted by this foul government .Anyone with similar experiences or just any thoughts?

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Hi welshval
Just a thought, the text messages may be scams, if you do not recognise the number then forward the email/text message on to the phishing web site. I received on this morning telling me to press 1 or I risk being jailed at a magistrates court.
I forwarded the message on to the phishing website with details of the telephone number.

no- not a scam as when I signed into my UC account there were instruction to update details regarding any money received from employers during July/Aug/Sept and when I said I was currently unemployed it asked when and who I had worked for which I did not answer as they already know that information I still suspect it's a data gathering exercise for pursuing/ persecuting people who are not working at least 15 hrs
