Full review of Personal Independence Payment (PIP) application process
We want the Government to conduct a full review of the PIP process. This should look at DWP policy and the performance of ATOS and Capita, which conduct the health assessments for applicants. We believe the current process is inherently unethical and biased, and needs a complete overhaul.

This was my first application for PIP and was awarded it for Mobility (enhanced rate) Daily Living (Standard Rate) which I’m now waiting to get all information together and decide if I want to appeal to tribunal for the decision on the standard rate for DL. My Mandatory Reconsideration was still the same from the DWP. I have found this whole PIP process cruel
