Hi, Gary. Is PA4 form the same as assessor's report? Do I understand it right that they don't send it with decision and you need to request it now? Thank you
I have moved your post because we ask members not to ask a new question on someone else's post, or it can become confusing.
The PA4 is the assessor's report for a PIP assessment. The DWP does not automatically send it out. You can request it 48 hours after an assessment. Be aware that sometimes a call handler will tell you that you can't have it until after the decision. This is not true. Try and insist but if they refuse, just put down the phone and ring again on another day.
