Pip review was created by Marvel2017
I'm just wondering if anyone had any knowledge of how long reviews are currently taking. My current award is due to run out next year but I received my review form today to return by 3 November. But I've also read about this automatic extension of award so just wondering if I return this form will I be looking at a long wait for a response. Just so I can prepare my stress levels in advance for the wait.
As always your advice is appreciated

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Hi Marvel2017
It is impossible to tell you. One member reported they had just had a reply after a six-month wait for a paper-based decision - some are longer, and some are shorter. If they want to assess you - that could lengthen the time. The best thing is to complete the form with the help of our guides, send it back with postal tracking and then just wait.

Do benefits still have the excellent forms they produced with each descriptor & a tick box that we could send to our medical professionals to sign?
They were excellent & my consultant was very happy to sign them.

Hi jorgie2016
It could be that they wanted to clarify some information to enable them to make a decision.
