Success for my friend! Over the moon.

Hi all,

Out of the blue this afternoon, my friend got a phone call from the DWP making him an offer rather than going through with the tribunal.

Well, it seems pointless going through with the tribunal: HIGHER DAILY LIVING and HIGHER MOBILITY!

Thanks to everyone for your encouraging support. I'm so glad he decided to dispute the MR. It just goes to show it's definitely worth appealing when you know the assessor got it so terribly wrong.

Right now he's on massive high and I'm not far behind!

It's worth mentioning for anyone who hasn't followed the case all the way through that this award has grown out of an initial zero points assessment across the board.

I hope this gives anyone who is unfortunate enough to find themselves in this awful postion the will to appeal.
