PIP Review. Some years ago my GP had to fill in a form - an' Atos Request for further evidence'. It is mostly out of date now as far as evidence is concerned. I have a current GP letter of support, but there is a particular paragraph on the old 'Atos Request for further evidence' that is important info that is not on my current GP letter of support. Should I send in the full old ' Atos Request for further evidence' with a note highlighting the relevant particular paragraph I want them to see? My condition has worsened since the old 'Atos Request for further evidence', and I am concerned the assessor may focus on the old evidence and thus not award points correctly. Can I send just the one page of the old 'Atos Request for further evidence' form, ie the page that has the particular paragraph on it that I want them to see? Or should I send the whole form and put lines striking through all but the particular paragraph I feel still relevant and important. Or could I just refer to the form and quote the paragraph and hope they have a copy of it from the past on my file?
