What constitutes a change of circumstances that has to be reported to DWP ESA?

Hello
I am confused about change of circumstances as I have seen some contradictory advice about certain matters.

1. For leaving the country for a week with a companion, to help with family problem in the EU....does this need to be reported ?
2. For moving a savings account to a better rate one, but the balance will still be under £6000 for some time yet
3. For starting psychotherapy for mental health problems

I am on ESA/Support Group plus Severe Disability and other benefits. The ESA has been in the Review queue since earlier this year.

Many thanks

Hi Ostia, the first two would not need to be reported. The third may need reported if a new diagnosis is involved for ESA review or what you can and cannot do changes and may have impacts on your disability benefits.

Hope this helps
