Hi,
Q1, In 2019 I was getting Enhanced for PIP for both, in the September 2019 my PIP was reviewed by DWP and my enhanced was changed to standard on both and i lost the car, I was too ill to fight it and just excepted the outcome.
Come March 2022 I asked for a review of my pip before it was due, the outcome stayed the same standard on both, I asked for a MR because of the false statements in my report, I won and got enhanced on both elements, now I've been paid some money into my bank from the start date of MR, am I entitled to back pay from the time I asked for the review ?
Q2, I believe that I should have been intitled to the enhanced rate and not lost the car until the review date that was due early 2023 , would it be possibly worth writing to DWP and asking for them to look at it again they took 2 points off each one of them being the mixing with other people, and the other was needing someone one with me in the car which they have now given back to me .

1. If you reported a Change of Circumstances to the DWP then any new award should be dated from the day you contacted the DWP about the Change with backpay being awarded as necessary.
2. Forgive me but I am unsure as to what you are asking in your second question. You refer to 2023 but already appear to have Enhanced for both components following your MR.
If you are asking about the 2019 Decision then I am afraid you are too late to re-visit it.
