Hello.
I received the pip review form end of September it was meant to be back by tomorrow I gave DWP a call last Thursday to let them know it will be late she said that someone would call me back but so far heard nothing. I called again today saying I was worrying that they were going to stop my benefits she said she would send another message. What is the likelihood of them stopping the benefit?
I have managed to fill in the form this afternoon but I’m worried I’ve not got into detail about the reliability, can I do it safely etc. I’m worrying. I have filled in 7 days worth of diary giving some details. I have no family/ friends support so it’s difficult for anyone else to write supporting evidence.

If you have not already had one then ask the DWP for an extension to return the form they should allow another two weeks. If you have then a request for a second two weeks usually has to be approved by a Decision Maker and this may be the referal they are talking about.
As to your payments, if the DWP accept that your form will be late then they may suspend your payments until a copy is received. If they Decide it has not been returned then they can close your claim, so it's important that you manage this situation and understand what is actually going on.

Thank you. It was my first extension I asked for I had a call from the DWP today to say he had extended it by 3 weeks but I have posted the form today via special delivery so it should get there Thursday with the strikes. Fingers crossed I won’t be a long wait.
