Hi I have now been trying to call both pip and esa now for over a week to tell them .I've gone to Australia .for holiday .but been here for 3 weeks and decided I want to live here and won't come back but after 30 to 40 min waiting on the phone I've given up is there any other quicker way to let them know of my intension ?
The best time to phone DWP is first thing in the morning, quite often you can be on the phone over an hour waiting for them to answer, whist waiting get on with other chores.
