There are only a few mods who know how to answer a post confidentially, unfortunately I am not one of them.
The answer to your question is yes there could be a delay.
This is one of the reasons why we ask members not to use their real names or email address, that way members cannot be recognised and other members can learn from their plight and also add to the discussion from their own personal experience.
