Letter from DWP Kilmarknock Interventions was created by dharma_steve
Received a letter from DWP Kilmarnock interventions, Wolverhampton, yesterday, telling me they will phone next Wednesday to check if the information they are holding is still correct "as it's been some time since we last reviewed your entitlement to Pension Credit". Anyone had these letters or know what it is about?

Hi dharma_steve

Welcome to the forum.

You might want to have a look at the following FAQ which explains where everything is; www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/guides-for-claimants/faq/forum

I have not heard of it happening to Pension Credit claimants before, but I cannot see a reason why they would not review a PC claim, they do have access to lots of data bases including information about any inheritance a claimant may have, remember PC is a means tested benefit.

You may want to contact PC to make sure it is a legitimate call as there are so many scams nowadays.

For peace of mind contact PC help line: 0800 991 234 and ask.
