Many thanks Gary!
Although the letter did not include any reference to a 'Prognosis Date'!
Best wishes

Hi UC
The letter does not give any ref to a 'Prognosis Date', you have to contact ESA and ask for a copy of the assessors report called UC85.

Good morning
Just received my Assesors Report and there are a number of minor errors contained in it.
One error, in particular, relates to 'impending' surgery that might improve my condition, albeit with a long recovery time.
However, as stated in my telephone assessment, I actually had this surgery in 2018!
Would it be worth contacting DWP to highlight the errors, with perhaps requesting a MR of the length of the award? 2 years, presumably based upon incorrect assumption of surgery that I have already had?
Interestingly, there was no reference to to length of award in Assessors Report. I obtained this information via a telephone call to DWP.

Hi UC:
It is very common to have at least one or two errors in a report, sometimes more. I can't tell you whether you should say something or not - only you can decide that, but if it's not going to impact on the award is it worth it?
You can challenge the length of the award, but all benefit awards have got shorter. Not many people are successful in getting their award length extended - but that doesn't mean you shouldn't try. Most ESA awards are three years in length - though they have run over because of the pandemic.
