PIP tribunal paper hearing date was created by Tom
Hello. Will I be informed in advance when a date is scheduled for my paper based hearing or will I only find out it's happened afterwards? Thanks. Also, do you have a rough idea of the current average wait time for it to happen? Thanks.

Hi Tom
It's been hit and miss whether people have received prior warning of a paper-based hearing. I can't tell you how long you will have to wait - because there are variations across the country, and in the current climate, it's impossible to guess. Paper-based hearings tend to happen much more quickly than when a claimant has to attend.
