For several reasons I missed my f2f assent review appointment on 20th by Oct. My original assesment was done over the phone. I’ve heard nothing since so wasn’t expecting my payment today but full payment amount has gone in. Could they have made a mistake or done it in my absence?
When you missed your face to face assessment, did you contact the assessor and explain why the assessment was missed, they may have done the assessment in your absence but without contacting the assessor I would only be guessing.
You would normally get a letter informing you that your claim will stop. My advice to you would be to contact the benefit department to see what is happening and explain what happened and why.
