My apologies if this question has been raised before.

I am helping a range of people in my Sheltered Housing Scheme with PIP, DLA, UC and AA applications and renewals and the like, and I note that DLA is provisioned with Fillable PDF's which make the whole filling of the form so much easier.

The problem I am finding is that although there apparently ARE fillable PDF versions of PIP1 and 2 and maybe AR1 for Award Reviews and perhaps Change of Circumstances forms, the email address I read about and wrote to for requesting them, has been returned to me as an invalid email address.

Has anyone got any advice about where to obtain these Fillable PDF's or are they available on this site. I have only just signed up, so the site is all very new to me, hence the apologies at the outset.

Many thanks in advance.

Hi The Considered Man,

I don’t have the answer to your question and any google search I’ve made doesn’t readily throw up any answers.

Maybe someone else on the forum may have an answer. In the meantime let me point you to the PIP Guide where online applications are discussed.

Hello TCM

I'm not sure this is of any help to you but I used the online PIP2 application back in 2019. I had to initiate access to it by emailing a request to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. which at the time was described as the 'Alternative Format Team' I'm unsure if this email address is still live but maybe worth a try. My application ended up being 'Time Sensitive' due to technical issues I experienced so I ensured the subject heading started with Time Sensitive PIP application. It's very kind and thoughtful of you to help out with advice and assistance for your fellow residents, the benefit system can be a daunting prospect for many people. Well done.
